Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats can be provided on request. Please mention the requirement when arranging your transfer.
How can I pay for my transfer?
Payment can be made online through the LilleCab website. Payment on board is also available by bank card or cash.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure are non-refundable.
