When is my booking definitively confirmed?
Your definitive booking confirmation is sent by email. It includes the information provided for the confirmed journey together with the chauffeur and vehicle details.
What should I do if I have not received the confirmation email?
If you have not received the confirmation email within two hours, first check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact LilleCab so the booking can be checked.
Can I pay the chauffeur directly?
Yes. Payment on board is available by bank card or cash. Online payment through the LilleCab website is also available.
Can I book chauffeur-at-disposal service through this form?
Chauffeur-at-disposal service, waiting requirements and special journeys should be requested through a personalised quote so the full itinerary can be reviewed before confirmation.
